Chris is an Ordained Minister with the Assemblies of God. Until the family's missionary ministry, Chris served for
five and a half years as the Student Ministries Pastor at Christian Life Center in Gibsonville, NC. Chris became a
Christian on May 18, 1997. He holds an Associates of Liberal Arts from Wayne, PA. He has earned English,
Spanish and Business credits from UNC-Greensboro, and additional ministry credits from Southeastern University.
Chris is in the Missiology program with Global University, Springfield, MO at the extension site of Cincel, the A/G
Language School in San Jose, Costa Rica. Chris and the family are in San Jose all of 2008 for resident Spanish
studies for preparation for the Venezuelan field. Aside from ministry, Chris' passion is drinking coffees from around
the world...that is no sugar or cream! Chris loves people and his birthday is November 19. Send Chris an email
Angela is a dedicated ministry partner and mother. Angela became a Christian at age 5 during a Missionnettes
service. She is gifted in children's ministries and is fluent in American Sign Language. She holds an A.A.S. degree
from Rockingham Community College, NC. She majored in Occupational Therapy and passed the NC State Board
Test in 2000, becoming a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Angela forfeited the profession to be an at-
home mom. There she has had the privilege of using her adaptive skills because she is the only girl in the house
raising three sons and working alongside Chris in ministry. Angela is completing the requirements to be a Certified
Minister with the Assemblies of God. Additionally, she is also enrolled with Global University for the BA - Missiology
program at Cincel, San Jose, Costa Rica. Her birthday is December 20. Angela enjoys photography, singing and

Isaiah is the "thinker" of the family He is a thought provoking, intellectual 6 year old. He loves to help cook, be the
BIG Brother and sneak off with his dad to build stuff. His birthday is March 31and his favorite color is blue. Isaiah
likes to drink Dr. Pepper and eat just about anything. He prides himself on trying new things and he likes doing
things the "MK Way." For those who don't know, "MK" means missionary kid! He has his own collection of real tools
and likes to build stuff. His hobbies are baseball, golf, art and video games. Isaiah is not shy in telling anyone that
he is a missionary and a preacher. He is excited about the opportunity to travel but is anxious about leaving loved

Every family has a ball of fire. Ours is Ian. He has a watermelon-sized grin and is a barefooted bundle of energy
with absolute curiosity! This 5 year old ceiling fan-swinging Full Nelson has cheeks that were made to be pinched.
He is a fanatic about hand held electronics, Thomas The Tank Engine, trains, and Larry Boy. Ian has a diet of Mac &
Cheese, chicken nuggets, chocolate milk and Dr. Pepper. At the hint of a sound of music, Ian will unashamedly
show his Latin genes through his dancing rhythm! He is a daredevil on his bicycle and likes soccer. Ian has raw
qualities of leadership that are developing which will be priceless in the 21st Century Church. His birthday is

Imanuel is his Mommy's "chunk of love," but he is a daddy's boy. He is 3 and his birthday is January 10. He is very
affectionate and cuddly. He is daily learning to express himself and has an ambition to keep up with his two older
brothers. He loves Blues Clues, Veggie Tales & Thomas the Train. His favorite foods are chicken nuggets, grapes,
bananas and Goldfish crackers. Just like the other two he has his own favorite blanket that goes everywhere. His
favorite toys are anything that belongs to his brothers, trains, small cars, and a blue V W Bug.

And the family started when...
Chris and Angela met in July 1998 at a church event in Reidsville, NC. They dated
and then married on March 27, 1999. Almost 9 years later, this couple joined by
